The newness hasn't worn off yet. We (well...four of us) are still loving Prince & Piper like crazy. Many nights, after I put the kids to bed, I've been going out to the garage to pet the cats. It's kind of like end of a crazy day therapy for me!:)
The kids are going out to the garage first thing every morning. After a 4:30 waking the first week, we made a rule that cats cannot be played with before 6:30! Eek!
My grandma celebrated her 88th birthday in August.
Natalie ran into something and came up with this system for holding an ice pack on her forehead. ?!?!
Molly visited last week, and we had fun doing BABY SHOPPING! So much fun! As always, the kids had fun hanging out with Molly as well. She had quite the influence on the girls!:) Twelve more weeks!!
Holding their heads up high!
S'mores anyone?
Jon recently returned from a guys' mountain climbing trip. Here he is on top of Scotchman's Peak.
Thankfully, Jon left the mountain goats in Idaho. Look closely!
Within a day of Jon being gone on his trip, Scott somehow talked me into letting him drive the gator around.
YEEHAW...or maybe not. Scott recently found out that he gets to be on the Student Council. Well, today, was a Western themed spirit day at school. As usual, one child was into it while the other one was grumbling about it. Scott said, "Since I'm on Student Council now, I'm going to make a rule that says you can only dress in normal clothes from now on." He has his first meeting tomorrow...we'll see how that flies with the rest of the group. :/
As usual, great pictures Lindsey! I love seeing what the kids are up to...and the new kittens, too!! :) Natalie, I really like your ice pack idea. I think you should patent it and sell it...no doubt others need to know about this invention!! ;)
