Trips, Tricks, Trailers, and Treats!

Time for a catch up!  The first quarter of school was definitely busy, but fun.

In late August, Jon enjoyed visiting with friends in the beautiful state of Idaho.  They hiked...and hiked...and hiked.  (Jon's idea of a perfect vacation!)

We also celebrated some milestone birthdays.  Jon's great grandma turned 90, and I turned...40 (gulp).  I was telling the kids that when I was in second grade, I had to learn all of the presidents.  A dearest daughter said, "Well that would be a lot easier for you than it would be for us. There probably weren't very many back then."

My dad & mom have fallen in love with the West and took another trip to Utah & Colorado.  So happy that they were able to have such a great time exploring!
