Notes from November

Kate celebrated the 50th day of school.  We thanked the Lord almost everyday on our drive to school that the kids could attend in person and prayed that it would continue for as long as possible.

Natalie completed a Shark Tank presentation with some friends for a class project.  They invented a twist on a cupcake bakery.

We were blessed with some beautiful weather in November.  I didn't put on shorts, but Scott sure did!

Kate brought home a packet for a Native American research project.  Kate cheered.  I groaned.  She was so proud of her pueblo though and memorized her entire speech!

This picture speaks for itself.  We have plenty of free 1-lb. venison samples.  Come by and get some today!  'Tis more blessed to give than to receive, after all.

The kids put up our tree early this year.  Bring on the Christmas season!

We were blessed with some delicious Thanksgiving meals and yummy leftovers to take home!

We got word near the end of the month that our school was switching to virtual learning.  The kids enjoyed a longer than usual break in preparation for the transition to e-learning.  The girls used the extra free time for some crafting fun.

And just like that, November was over.
